US President Joe Biden has stated that he does not exclude the possibility of negotiations with Vladimir Putin if he “shows interest” in ending the conflict in Ukraine. RIA Novosti writes.

“I am ready to talk to Mr. Putin if he is really interested in ending the war,” Biden said at a joint press conference with French counterpart Emmanuel Macron.

Vladimir Putin stated earlier that Russia has always said that it is open to negotiations on the issue of Ukraine.
