Moscow considers the role of the OSCE useful in supporting Transnistria and the settlement of Nagorno Karabakh issue, the Russian Foreign Ministry said in a statement on the meeting of the OSCE Ministerial Council.
“The OSCE plays a useful role in the settlement of Transnistrian and Nagorno-Karabakh issues and is one of the co-chairs of the Geneva talks on security and stability in the Caucasus.
We believe that the settlement of any conflict should be carried out through peaceful political-diplomatic methods, within the framework of the established standards, with the direct participation of the conflicting parties, taking into account the interests,” the message reads.
