On 5 May, at 13:30, Malatia Police Department received an alarm on the incident in the Voting Center 8/23, were the President of the Commission registered an incident. The Commission revealed 3 already filled in ballot papers at Davit M., representative of the Armenian National Congress.
Malatia Poloce department currently investgates the case.
