Otar Amaryan, a Yezidi conscript, was killed in the Artsakh war. He had returned from the Russian Federation to pay his debt to his homeland. He was drafted into the army on 22 January, 2020.
“He felt all that and sometimes said, ‘It seems to me that I will go there and will not come back,'” Otar’s brother, Amer Amaryan said.
“During the war, when he called and we were sad, he made us happy. It is very difficult for us, we did not have time to see him,” Otar’s brother’s wife Leyla Amaryan says.
