Erik Gevorgyan was killed on 8 October in the war unleashed by Azerbaijan. After graduating from university, he went to army to serve to his Fatherland, after which he was going to study for a master’s degree.
Studying at the university, Erik Gevorgyan simultaneously studied at the Vazgen Sargsyan Military University and wanted to be drafted into the army in the rank of an officer.
Friends say he was very devoted to the service, and loved his soldiers.
The sister of Eric’s comrade-in-arms says, “Helping his soldiers, Eric became immortal, a ray of light Eric.”
