Today, on 19 June, the Shengavit residence of the Court of General Jurisdiction of Yerevan continues the examination of the motion to detain Gagik Tsarukyan, a deputy of the National Assembly, as a measure of restraint.

“I do not know what decision the court will make, I cannot make an assessment instead of the court at the moment. Our steps are clearly planned, in case of all possible developments, we have our tactical steps, which, of course, I will not publish,” PAP MP Naira Zohrabyan said in the court yard, in a conversation with journalists.
She noted that she receives support from international partners in connection with the processes launched against them. “I have been called by quite well-known European human rights activists, politicians, very, very serious people, whose names will be publish in the near future, and of course they will follow the statements of both the PAP and me personally. This are certain, political processes. I do not consider this “bringing a guy from aside”, if that were the case, I myself have asked many European colleagues, including some influential members of parliaments from some European Union parliaments, including vice presidents, who have wanted to make statements these days, I asked them to refrain at this point. At the moment, only the Alliance of European Conservatives and Reformists, of which Prosperous Armenia is a member, has voiced support and assessment. In other words, the leadership of our family has sounded, that it is normal, and is adequate,” the deputy said.
Notably, earlier the National Security Service conducted a search in the private house of NA deputy Gagik Tsarukyan.
Further, the NSS informed that a criminal case has been initiated on the activities of “Onira Club” and “Shangri-La” casinos belonging to “Onira Club” LLC,which were presented as an investment of 61,146,139,340 billion AMD and caused the state 29,750,000,000 AMD. According to the second statement, the National Security Service revealed that in another criminal case, hundreds of cases of distributing election bribes by the Prosperous Armenia Party (PAP) were also revealed, in which the leading members of the Prosperous Armenia Party (PAP) were also involved.
