The Court of General Jurisdiction of Kentron and Nork-Marash Administrative Districts of Yerevan is considering a criminal case brought against K. Sargsyan. According to the indictment on 29.08.2012, being drunk, he beat Khazaryan causing bodily injuries to him in the backyard of the house 59, Tigran Mets Street, Yerevan, and then stole the sport shoes of sleeping A. Khndzrcyan costing 7000 AMD and escaped.
