An old woman approached the voting place in on eof the polling stations. Just at that time one of the young men who were standing nearby said something to her. A member of the commission in red jacket objected. The camera fixed the moment when some members of the commission and observers started a quarrel with the young man and tried to draw his attention away from the process. At that moment another young fellow tried to direct the woman how to vote. He took her ballot and showed in whose favor she had to vote.
