The Presiding Judge Davit Harutyunyan on Hrasnaqar case dismissed the motion for self-challenge of the judge filed by the defenders of the accused. The motion was based on the provisions of Article 90 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Republic of Armenia, in particular when the judge allows prejudiced approach with regard to the successor of the injured person
