The court sitting on the claim of Artik regional department of the RA State Revenue Committee by the Government to exact 117.253 AMD from the defendant was appointed at 14:30in the RA Administrative Court in Gyumri City. Aram Kakoyan was involved in the case as the third defendant who had had lodged an individual claim. However the court room was not opened. To the question whether the court sitting shall take place or not, judge Edward Nahapetyan’s secretary replied that the parties failed to attend the trial.
