At today’s meeting of the Government, the Minister-Chief of the RA Government Staff David Harutyunyan presented the draft decision on the introduction of a new system for the purchase of air tickets.
He presented the risks that current procedures causes, as well as how the new system will eliminate them, and how optimal the expenses allocated for the purchase of air tickets would become.
Regarding to this, the Prime Minister Karen Karapetyan said, “We must eliminate the primitive theft. When they tell me what scheme is being used, it is a real fantasy. If those people use that intellect elsewhere, the effect should have been much better for sure.” The Prime Minister also added that if the intellect that is used in those purposes should have been applied in other important tasks the success should have been greater.
