As we have informed, on August 30, the traffic police provided time to the drivers till September 10, to remove the colored film from the windshields of vehicles. And just two days ago, Ashot Aharonyan, the head of Public Relations Department of the RA Police issued a statement saying that the police had drawn protocols in case of detecting colored films on the windshields as well.

In the interview with Iravaban.net advocate Aramazd Kiviryan considered such actions of the police disputable. He said that the police refers to the Government’s Decision 283-N of 2005, which provides the standards for the production of the windshields.

Notably, Advocate Davit Asatrayan in his interview with us had mentioned that the police lacks corresponding devices that allow to detect whether the color of the windshield is in the allowable limits or not.
