According to our information, the Council of Justice has discussed the issue of the appointment of Chairman of the Criminal Chamber of the Court of Cassation, approved the candidacy of the judge of the same court Serzhik Avetisyan and presented it to the RA President.
It is anticipated that the Presidential decree on Serzhik Avetisyan’s appointment will come soon.
