RA President Serzh Sargsyan signed a decree on appointing new judges.
The decree reads:
“Governed by Clause 11 of Article 55 of the RA Constitution and based on the conclusions of 25 March, 2016, AKh-6-E-8, and AKh- AKh-6-E-9, of the RA Council of Justice I decide:
1. Appoint Anna Danibekyan as a judge of the First Instance Court of General Jurisdiction of Erebuni and Nubarashen Administrative Districts of Yerevan City.
2. Appoint Arsen Nikoghosyan as a judge of the First Instance Court of General Jurisdiction of Arabkir and Kanaker-Zeytun Administrative Districts of Yerevan City.”
