Formerly the operators provided the decoding under the decisions of the court. But as they were sent via post because of the absence of certain procedures, the investigative body received them in a month or so which entailed delay of the terms of the preliminary investigation.
The sides expressed readiness to develop the cooperation on the technical opportunities investment for the operative receiving and transmission of decoding. To this end, the RA Investigative Committee will provide the transmission of the court’s decisions with cover notes confirmed by electronic signatures invested and provided by the “Ekeg” CJSC, to the operators. And the mobile network operators will provide the electronic transmission of the decoding to the Investigation Department 1 of the Investigative Committee. The decisions of the court with the imprint “Urgent” will be carried out first of all.
Today the memorandum was signed between the “GH-Telecom”, “Ucom” companies and the Chairman of RA Investigative Committee. The “ArmenTel” will join the memorandum later.
