The Hearing of Mher Yenokyan’s Appeal was postponed: the Prosecutor is on a Vacation

Today, the hearing of the appeal of the life prisoner Mher Yenokyan should have been considered by the jury presided by Judge Sevak Hambardzumyan. The prisoner had appealed the decision made by the Judge of the Court of General Jurisdiction of Kentron and Nork-Marash Administrative Districts Mnatsakan Martirosyan. The court hearing was postponed due to the prosecutor’s vacation.

The next court hearing will take place on 8 October.
