Chechnya Լeader Ramzan Kadyrov believes that the talks between the Russian Federation and Ukraine will not bring tangible results in Turkey, the Russian side must complete a special operation to eliminate the Bandera and nationalists, he told in the Telegram.
“I think about the talks in Turkey. I think those talks will not be of any use. I think we should completely finish what we started: to destroy Bandera, the Nazis and the devils. Only then should you decide what to do next,” he said.
A new round of talks between the Russian and Ukrainian delegations kicked off in Istanbul on Tuesday, with the meeting being held behind closed doors at Dolmabahçe Palace. The Russian delegation, as in the previous rounds of talks, is headed by Vladimir Medinsky, Assistant to the Russian President.
