The RA Minister of Justice Hovhannes Manukyan has resigned. Tsovinar Khacahatryan, the Press Secretary of the RA Ministry of Justice confirmed this in the interview with Iravaban.net. She did not provide details, but only mentioned that the Minister  as well as she are on a vacation.
