The case on the murder of the Gyumri Pedagogical University rector’s brother has already been sent to the court. The case will be considered in Shirak marz Court of General Jurisdiction by the judge Vladimir Grigoryan. Iravaban.net learned this from “Datalex” judiciary portal.
According to the indictment, in order to find out the extra-marital relations between his wife and Harutyun Grigoryan on 24 July 2014 at approximately 11.00, the Military Police Major Arman Katunyan went to the end of the Getq district of Shirak marz, near the dilapidated building on the right side of the Gyumri-Armavir road on his car with his wife.
There he met H. Grigoryan and as a result of prevailing situation emerged because of displaying immoral behavior by the latter for months, on a regular basis, in the sudden state of temporary insanity shot seven times on the H.Grigoryan by illegally obtained “PM” type CK 5004 P number gun loaded with bullets serving as ammunition and killed him.
