The Evaluators’ Delegation of the Group of States against Corruption of the Council of Europe /GRECO/ visited Armenia in the framework of the monitoring process before preparation of the 4th Monitoring Report.
On 15 April, Gagik Harutyunyan, the President of the RA Constitutional Court accepted the group members Mickael Janssen, Frank Raue, Diana Kurpniece, Dražen Jelenić and Tibor Katona.
The guests were interested in the process of Constitutional reforms in Armenia, specifically in the attitude of the powers to the issue of constitutional responsibility. There were also questions about the approaches referring to the scope of discretion of the power, as well as on the main problems that the reforms will solve of the judicial sphere.
