Earlier the NKR Police had informed that On 30 March inhabitant of N house, Avtandilyan str. of Martakert city, R.O (born on 1970) reported the police department on duty that she had found her dead daughter in their yard.
The source informs that as a result of joint activities of NKR Police, the Prosecutor’s Office, and the representatives of NSS it was revealed that Harutyun Israelyan, inhabitant of Mets Shen village of Mardakert region, was the perpetrator of the murder.
Harutyun Israelyan is arrested.
The preliminary investigation of the criminal case is in process.
