A criminal case was initiatied in the Investigating Department of Avan and Nor Nork Administrative Districts of Yerevan Investigating Board on the incident of damaging three people with brass knuckles and batons.
On 1 April in the Investigating Department of Avan and Nor Nork Administrative Districts materials made on the reports of citizens N. and H. Samsonyans and T. Sargsyan were accepted, and according to them, a person (people) who seemingly committed a crime on 23March, 2015, at 2 o’clock, hit N. and H. Samsonyans and T. Sargsyan on their heads and other parts of their bodies brass knuckles and batons in Avan Administrative District. As a result, they got many injuries.
Taking into account that there were signs of a crime in the material, a criminal case was initiated at the Investigating Department on 02.04.2015 on the case of intentionally damaging three people.
Forensic expertise was appointed in order to find out the nature and level of the damages, necessary investigative and procedural steps are being made to provide the comprehensive study of all the circumstances of the case and to reveal the identity of the person (people) who seemingly committed the crime.
