Ruben Baloyan, the advocate of the injured Party in Vardan Petrosyan’s case is going to appeal the verdict of the first instance court. Mr. Baloyan told this to Iravaban.net and added that the deadline for the appeal was 28 February. “Currently the injured party told me to prepare and to submit. I am doing this work now. The injured party is displeased with the verdict of Vardan Petrosyan’s case. I have two cases with two deaths, the verdicts were made, the losses were covered completely and the defendants were sentenced to 6 years in prison correspondingly,” the advocate said.
He also said that the appeal will refer to Vardan Petrosyan’s punishment, as well as in the terms of the civil law suit. “The court was obliged to make an investigation of the damage caused to Tatevik Hakobyan. But it did not want to that is all,” the advocate said.
