Chapter 26 of the RA Criminal Code refers to Crimes against the Health of the Population. Article 268 refers to Illegal turnover of narcotic drugs or psychotropic materials without the purpose of sale. Illegal manufacture, processing, procurement, keeping, delivery or supply of narcotic drugs or psychotropic materials without the purpose of sale, is punished.
