On 16 January, The RA President Serzh Sargsyan signed a decree on suspension of authorities of the judge of the Civil Court of the Court of Appeals of the RA Armen Tumanyan and the judge of Civil and Administrative Chamber of the RA Court of Cassation Erna Hayriyan. The Decree reads:

“Guided by the provisions of Paragraph 11 of Article 55 of the RA Constitution and Paragraph 4, Part 1 of Article 167 of the RA Judicial Code and based on the decision of the Council of Justice of 12 January 2015 I decide to suspend։

1) The authorities of the judge of the Civil Court of the Court of Appeals of the RA Armen Tumanyan,

2) The authorities of the judge of Civil and Administrative Chamber of the RA Court of Cassation Erna Hayriyan.”
