The members of “DEM EM” Civil Initiative organized a protest action and marched towards the Presidential residence of the RA. They demanded from the authorities to punish Valeri Permyakov, the Russian soldier who is involved as a defendant in the case of the brutal murder in Gyumri, under the RA law.
Several dozens of citizens participated in the protest action.
