The civic Activist Argishti Kiviryan in his Facebook page referred to the murder of 6 famimy members in Gyumri. He wrote:
“No matter how heinous is the murder that took place, the calls for quartering, beheading, burning or other mob calls are unacceptable for me. The state becomes a state, and the nation becomes a nation, when the answer to even the most inhumane crime is not revenge, but justice. And the criminal is subjected to punishment only by the verdict of an independent court and not by mens of someone. Otherwise, we will return from the Republic of Armenia to the stone age again…”
