On 3 January, NKR President Bako Sahakyan signed decrees, the official website of NKR President informs.
According to the decree for bravery shown during the defense of the NKR state borders soldier of the Defense Army’s N division Vardan Mkrtchyan and officer of the same unit, Lieutenant Karen Grigoryan were awarded posthumously with the “For Courage” and “For Service in Battle” medals correspondingly.
