Today RA President Serzh Sargsyan signed a decree on appointing Alvard Hunanyan, Ruzanna Barseghyan and Vazgen Rshtuni as judges of the RA Court of Appeal:
The decree reads:
“Governed by Clause 11 of Article 55 of the RA Constitution and based on the conclusions of 5 December 2014 of the RA Council of Justice I decide:
1. Appoint Alvard Hunanyan as a judge at the RA Civil Court of Appeal terminating her authorities of a judge of the First Instance Court of General Jurisdiction of Arabkir and Qanaker-Zeytun Administrative Districts of Yerevan.”
2. Appoint Ruzanna Barseghyan as a judge at the RA Criminal Court of Appeal terminating her authorities of a judge of the First Instance Court of General Jurisdiction of Aragatsotn marz of the RA.
3. Appoint Vazgen Rshtuni as a judge at the RA Criminal Court of Appeal of the RA.”
