The court sitting on the deceased soldier Lyuks Stepanyan`s case was postponed at the court of general jurisdiction of Tavush region.
Defendant Davit Khachatryan`s attorney`s were not present at the court sitting.
In the phone conversation with Armen Sargsyan, representative of the victim`s successor, they explained their absence with the fact that they hadn`t received notification on court sitting from the court.
Let us mention that as during the previous court sittings, today the court was full of people as well. The trial on this case passes in a tense atmosphere. Court sittings are being interrupted because of debates between parties.
At the previous court sitting an incident happened between the defendant`s attorney Yerem Sargsyan and Lyuks Stepanyan`s father Ishkhan Stepanyan, in relation to which defender Yerem Sargsyan presented a report at the Police.
Today court bailiffs from Noyemberyan have been involved to keep the order.
Next court sitting is scheduled for 10 March, 14:00.
