Lyuks Stepanyan Murder Judicial was again postponed, but had a “heated” continuation out of the court hall, in the corridors.

The first court sitting on this case was to take place on 20 December 2013, but had been postponed because of accusing prosecutor Arthur Zakaryan`s non-attendance to the sitting. Next court sitting was set for today.

Defendant Davit Khachatryan`s lawyers, as well as victim Hrachya Sargsyan and other witnesses didn`t come to the court sitting.
Defendant`s lawyers were contacted, and they informed of a car crash and non-possibility of coming to the sitting, which was eventually postponed. Next hearing was set for 29 January 2014.

The victim`s successor and relatives were dissatisfied and didn`t believe the fact of car accident.

Further events started to develop in the corridor, where Lyuks Stepanyan`s relatives and judicial managers who weren`t allowing them to go up the second floor. The tension was moderated when judge Zoya Zakinyan agreed to meet them. But the situation was still tense in the judge`s office room as well. Lyuks Stepanyan`s father, under the influence of anger, attempted to fall down from the second floor, but this attempt was prevented.
