Yesterday, the attorney Vaghinak Gevorgyan visited Davit Khachatryan who is arrested for the Lyuks Stepanyan’s Murder. However he failed to persuade Davit to stop the hunger strike and to take of the seams from his mouth.
“Davit is very weak. Does not eat at all. Only drinks a little water with difficulty. His blood pressure is 60/70, however he refuse to take of the seams from his mouth,” Yerem Sargsyan, the other attorney of Davit Khachatryan told in the interview with Iravaban.net.
According to him the corresponding bodies do not pay any attention to this problem. They even did not answer to davit’s application: “We don’t say that davit shall not be called to responsibility, we simply want to achieve a fair verdict, so that my client is sentenced in the framework of the evidences that are available in the case.”
The attorney in concerned. He does not know what will happen if Davit does not stop the hunger strike in a few days, “At least, if Davit will be convinced that the judicial process will be fair and nit in the framework of wishes, I thing the problem may be solved.”
