Today at the trial of Vardan Petrosyan the accusing prosecutor and the representative of the victim side objected to the solicitation of the defense.
Attorney Nikolay Baghdasaryan presented a solicitation at the previous court sitting to set double commission judicial-medical examinations.
The accusing prosecutor and the side of the victim objected. Vardan Petrosyan`s attorney Nikolay Baghdasaryan had a disagreement with this objection, he wanted to make an announcement, but judge didn`t allow reasoning it with the fact that there was no such procedure. The advocate said that he had something to add, he claimed that in his objection the accusing party changed the direction of the accusing conclusion with 180 degrees, but the judge didn`t allow to continue to the speech.
An argument arose as a result of which the judge applied a judicial sanction against the advocate, giving him a warning. “The court will not allow that the court sitting turns into a theater”, announced judge Vaghinak Mkrtchyan.
Joining the solicitation of Nikolay Baghdasaryan, Vardan Petrosyan`s other defender Samvel Jaghinyan addressed to the judge: “If you reject our solicitation, then remind us the court sitting or the episode of the case where there are the answers to our questions. Dear court, set a complex examination at least once move with the law so that no questions remain”, stated the advocate.
The court went to the consultations room.
