Today, during the Government session, the RA Minister of Justice Hovhannes Manukyan introduced the package of the draft laws, which, according to the Minister, after the approval will invalidate the administrative fines of tens of thousands citizens.
Mr. Manukyan mentioned that the package foresees to declare void all the administrative acts, which addressees were not properly notified. The package includes the acts drawn up by the Road Traffic Police as well.
Prime Minister Hovik Abrahamyan asked how many citizens will be exempted from paying the fines as a result. The Minister noted that the number of such citizens is in the tens of thousands. According to Mr. Manukyan those citizens would be exempted from around 2 billion AMD worth of fines. The Government approved the draft.
