On 17 November at 05:30, Garik B., born in 1985, reported to Gavar Police Department that on the same day at around 01:30, Edward Q., born in 1985 with his brothers Ishkhan Q., born in 1987 and Hayk Never Q., born in 1993, and their friends Hayk A., born in 1989 and Hayk S., born in 1993, came to Village Karmir and called him out of the house to have a talk. Then they took him by car to the road near the gas-filling station out of the village, quarreled with him and after that beat him hitting in his face and head with fists and caused bodily harm.
