The Constitutional Reforms won`t give anything to the Judicial System. Advocates Zhora Varosyana and Ashot Safaryan are sure of this.
Zhora Varosyan thinks that the independence of judges should become real in this system “which is still missing in this stage, and I don`t think that the Constitutional reforms will solve this issue. For this the will of the government is needed. Otherwise no matter what the law is, there will be ways to bypass it. The rule of law should be decisive, not an individual. In this condition all the laws will have their place and role”, said the advocate.
Advocate Ashot Safaryan shares this opinion, that our Constitution has drawbacks, nevertheless he said: “With these drawbacks if it actions to the fullest, many problems will be solved”. The advocates stated about the judicial system shortly as follows: “It is in a shameful condition”.
