Countries that have a hundred years of history in judiciary development still have issues, so Armenia is sure to have some, too. This was said to reporters by Justice Minister HrayrTovmasyan. But he assures the 2012-2016 reforms strategy is coming to solve many of the issues.
“The kind of advocacy that only criticizes any court decision and any ministry action is not what we need.
If notary does not solve issues before court, it means there is a problem here.
Not having arbitrage court and not being able to solve issues between courts is an issues,” said HrayrTovmasyan.
The minister says many issues of past 4 years have been resolved and many are yet to be solved.
“In some 4 years we will have different issues. But those will be different in content,” said the minister.
