According to the Article 124 of the RA Code on Administrative offenses:
“Driving a vehicle against the flow of transport means on a one-sided road (including – backwards) results in a fine of twentyfold of the minimum salary – 20.000 AMD.
Crossing the dividing road line by the vehicle drivers in places not provided by law by turning to left or backwards, results in a fine of twentyfold of the minimum salary – 20.000 AMD”.
