Serzh Sargsyan signed the Decree

On April 13, RA President Serzh Sargsyan signed the decree on appointing Hovik Abrahamyan the Prime Minister of the RA.

While signing the Decree the RA President was governed by Paragraph 4 of Article 55 of the Constitution of the Republic of Armenia.
