Karen Nersisyan (the name is changed) who serevs sentence in “Goris” Penitentiary was not allowed to receive medical check and medical service out of the Penitentiary.
The Office of Ombudsman informs that Karen Nersisyan applied to the Human Rights defender of the RA on this occasion. In reply to the letter of Ombudsman, the Head of Penitentiary departments informed that prisoner Karen Nersisyan had been conveyed to Goris medical center, where she was provided the corresponding medical check and service. Treatment with drugs has been assigned.
