Till December 31, 2014 responsibility will not be applied upon those owners of transportation who haven’t signed the compulsory agreement on car insurance. Such plan was suggested by the Head of the Police of Armenia, Vladimir Gasparyan. “This was an expected decision,” said the RA Prime Minister, ordering the Head of the Police to provide legal advice to the citizens through the appropriate divisions of the police about eliminating administrative sanctions.
After the RA Government session the RA Minister of Justice, Hrayr Tovmasyan during the meeting with the journalists mentioned that this problem would be solved for 99 per cents till the end of the year not excluding that some cases will still remain.
He also mentioned that till the end of the year the Police and the Ministry of Justice will help the citizens to find purchase and sale contracts in order to check off the register the cars or to register them. “This is as good news for our citizens,” summarized the Minister. It is also worth to mention that collection of fines appointed by administrative acts on these grounds will not be implemented.
