In a conversation with us, one of the residents mentioned that they are worried about the noise at night.

“The windows are already rattling and the music should stop after 11, but until 12, or 1 o’clock at night they continue playing very loudly, they dance and the noise of drunk men, especially the squeals of women, disturbs us, and we raise the question, why should it be like this? We appealed to them, and they answered: complain, do whatever you want,” Toros Makaryan says.

The resident added that the noise has been constant since the opening day.

Another resident, Liliana Kabalyan, said that the noise is very disturbing. “Even in the middle of the night, they turn up the bass, we somehow endure until 11, but that is also a mistake. We cannot even watch TV, the noise is so loud. Our rights are being violated, we have the right to rest and live in our homes.”

Anahit Beglaryan, who is also a resident of the mentioned building, noted that the Code of Administrative Offenses provides for a ban, according to which noise is prohibited after 11:00. “For individuals, a warning and then a fine. There are a number of objects located at 40 Pushkin Street, which spread an indescribable noise.”

She added that people cannot rest until the noise is over. Residents also talk about other objects that disturb them. “Luna” makes a terrible noise, loud restaurant music plays. The sound is louder than the sound of the TV.”
