Davit Balayan was not elected to the Position of Judge at the Constitutional Court

The National Assembly did not elect Davit Balayan, candidate for Constitutional Judge, to that position.

32 out of 107 deputies participated in the voting. All 32 voted “for” Balayan’s candidacy. The parliamentary majority did not participate in the voting.

Davit Balayan was nominated for this position by the General Assembly of Judges.
