“They did not hold talks yesterday, but events such as the informal CIS summit in St. Petersburg are a good opportunity for brief contacts on the ground,” he noted

The Kremlin sees the political will of both sides to conclude a peace treaty: “Together with everyone, we are waiting for this work to be completed.”

The conclusion of peace between Baku and Yerevan will be productive “both for the two countries and for the stability of peace in the entire region”
