The Azerbaijani Azercell company issued a statement, according to which “Karabakh Telecom” has stopped its activities in Artsakh.

“Armenian mobile communication operator Karabakh Telecom has stopped having access in Karabakh.

From now on, all calls in the territory of Karabakh will be made only through telecommunication operators of Azerbaijan,” the statement said.
