Content of an Employment Contract

The employment contract shall cover the following conditions:

  1. the year, month, date and place of concluding the individual legal act;
  2. the name, surname (upon his/her wish also patronymic) of the employee;
  3. title (name, surname (upon his/her wish also patronymic), if the employer is a natural person) of the employer;
  4. the place of work (mentioning the structural subdivision);
  5. the year, month, date of the beginning of the work;
  6. the name of the position, profession, mentioning the qualification requirements and functions;
  7. the conditions and size of remuneration for work;
  8. the bonuses, extra payments and subsidies, etc. provided to the employee;
  9. the validity of the employment contract (if needed)
  10. the duration of probation period (upon the consent of the parties)
  11. duration of the work hours in case of establishing a not full time working regime;
  12. the ground for concluding the legal act (application of the individual, consent of the employer referring to transfer of the employee to another employer, written labor contract, etc.) if applicable;
  13. the name, surname and title of the person who signed the legal act.

The Above mentioned clauses 2-11 as well as the year, month, date and place of concluding the legal act are mentioned in the written labor contract.
On mutual consent the parties may include other conditions in the employment contract, and individual legal act.
