In the annual declaration of 2011, when Yesoyan held the position of judge of the Court of General Jurisdiction of Erebuni and Nubarashen Administrative Districts of Yerevan city, he declared:

According to the annual declaration of 2012, the judge’s funds did not change, the income was 4,434,698 AMD from the salary received.

In 2013, the judge’s income was 4,717,736 AMD, again from his salary.

In 2014, Yerem Yesoyan declared:

  • 30,000 USD,
  • 150,000 RUB,
  • 5,592,269 AMD received from two salaries,
  • 250,000 RUB from the donation received.

In 2015, the judge’s funds were increased, amounting to:

  • 9,000,000 AMD,

  • 150,000 RUB,
  • 6,884,051 AMD received from two salaries.

In 2016, his funds amounted to:

  • 9,000,000 AMD,
  • 28,000 USD
  • 150,000 RUB,
  • 6,919,767 AMD from the salary received.

In 2017, Yerem Yesoyan alienated a Nissan Altima car for AMD 3,152,500. The funds were:

  • 14,000,000 AMD,
  • 28,000 USD
  • 350,000 RUB,
  • 7,317,088 AMD from the salary received,
  • 220,000 RUB from the donation received.

In 2018, when Yerem Yesoyan assumed the position of judge of the Court of General Jurisdiction of Yerevan city, he declared:

  • An apartment in an apartment building,
  • A garage,
  • 14,000,000 AMD,
  • 28,000 USD
  • 350,000 RUB,
  • 547,949 AMD from the salary received.

In the 2018 annual declaration, the judge stated:

  • 15,000,000 AMD,
  • 28,000 USD
  • 150,000 RUB,
  • 10,499,097 AMD received from 3 salaries.

It is clear from the 2019 annual declaration that the apartment and the garage are jointly owned, purchased in 2004 and 2007. The real estates are located in Avan Administrative District.

In the given and returned loans section, it is mentioned about two loans, which amounted to 3,000,000 AMD and 2,874,850 AMD at the end of the year.

The funds in Yerem Yesoyan’s bank accounts amounted to 327,000 AMD, cash funds – 8,000,000 AMD, 50,000 RUB, and 20,000 USD. The income amounted to 9,826,455 AMD from the salaries received from the Court of General Jurisdiction of Yerevan City, the Academy of Justice, and the Chamber of Advocates.

In 2020, the judge declared

  • 6,000,000 and 2,874,850 AMD as a given and returned loan,
  • 2,709,166 AMD on a bank account,
  • 8,000,000 AMD in cash,

In 2021, Yerem Yesoyan declared a means of transport that he actually owned for more than 90 days during the given year, a 2012 made “Toyota” car.

In the transferred and returned loans section, the judge declared 3 loans, which amounted to 9,000,000 AMD, 1,224,661 AMD and 44,172,000 AMD at the end of the year. The last loan was given not to a person, but to the company “Atlant Group” LLC. It should be noted that “Atlant Group” LLC is engaged in the construction of apartment buildings.

The balance of the principal amount of received loans and borrowings as of 31 December of the reporting year was 27,941,171 AMD.

2014 – 5,000,000 AMD, 39,000 USD, 631,250 AMD from salary, 5,000 USD from donation,

2015 – 5,000,000 AMD, 39,000 USD, 1,193,645 AMD from the salary received,

2016 – 5,000,000 AMD, 37,000 USD, 1,833,357 AMD from the salary received,

2017 – 5,000,000 AMD, 37,000 USD, 1,345,527 AMD from the salary received,

2018 – 5,000,000 AMD, 37,000 USD, 1,369,883 AMD from the salary received,

2019 – jointly owned apartment, garage, 2,582,000 AMD on a bank account, 2,400,000 AMD in cash, 15,000 USD, 835,830 AMD salary received from the RA Ministry of Sports and Youth Affairs, 2,346,163 AMD salary received from the RA Ministry of Defense.

2020 – 639,504 AMD on bank account, 2,500,000 AMD in cash, 15,000 USD in cash, 2,652,412 AMD salary received from RA Ministry of Defense.

Year 2021 – 2,797,901 AMD on bank account, 2,500,000 AMD in cash, 15,000 USD in cash, 2,908,985 AMD salary received from RA Ministry of Defense.

Nothing is mentioned in the 2017, 2018 declarations of the judge’s daughter, Narine Yesoyan.

Narine Yesoyan, who lives together with Yerem Yesoyan, who is supposedly his mother, declared in 2021: 972,952 AMD, 14,991 EUR, in cash: 3,700,000 AMD, 50,000 RUB.

She also received donations from three persons: 8,000 EUR, 7,000 EUR, 1,000,000 AMD, 200,000 RUB.

In the 2019 declaration of Yerem Yesoyan’s father, Harutyun Yesoyan stated:

  • A “Toyota Sienna” car purchased at a foreign auction that year, worth 8,000 USD,
  • 8,700,000 AMD: loan given,
  • 6,935 AMD on the bank account,
  • 4,700,000 AMD in cash,
  • 10,000 USD in cash.

It is interesting that Harutyun Yesoyan received large donations from his son and daughter-in-law that year.

In 2020, Harutyun Yesoyan bought a new car, a 2008 made “Mercedes-Benz Sprinter 515 CDI”, worth AMD 10,000,000. 8,700,000 AMD are indicated in the loaned and returned section, which was handed over to the person from whom the Mercedes-Benz Sprinter was purchased. He also declared 6,935 AMD on a bank account, 4,500,000 AMD in cash, and 50,000 RUB in cash.

Harutyun Yesoyan received donations that year as well.
