The Government of Canada will open an Embassy in Armenia. We learn this from the Twitter post of the RA Minister of Foreign Affairs Ararat Mirzoyan .

He particularly noted:

“We strongly welcome Canada’s decision to open an Embassy in Armenia with resident Ambassador. This is yt another milestone in progressively developing Armenian-Canadian relations, which will further reinforce our bilateral cooperation based on common values.”
