The Administration of Berd Community of Tavush region informed that the Berd Council of Elders and the Administration have applied to the Tavush Region Court of General Jurisdiction and the RA Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan with request to change the pre-trial detention of Berd community head Harutyun Manucharyan, expressing readiness to provide with a personal guarantee in case of the change of the measure of restraint.
