The Russian Defense Ministry referred to the release of two Armenian captives by Azerbaijan on November 26, noting:
“With the support of the command of the Russian peacekeeping contingent, the Azerbaijani side released two captives and handed them over to the Armenian side.
It is informed that, in general, since 23 November, 2020, the Russian peacekeeping engineering groups have cleared 2,320 hectares, 683 km of roads, 1937 buildings from unexploded ordnance, 26,078 explosives have been found and neutralized.
It should be reminded that the RA Ministry of Defense informed that on 26 November, Azerbaijan handed over two captive citizens to Armenia. Mihran Ernest Musayelyan (born in 2000) and Aren Zhirayr Aramyan (born in 1993).
